Prator Bett, LLC is a petroleum engineering consulting company providing reservoir-engineering and evaluation services to its clients. Prator Bett, LLC was founded in 1999 and is located in Houston, Texas. Prator Bett, LLC specializes in economic evaluations for year-end reporting purposes, oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, estate planning, field studies and budgeting. In addition, Prator Bett, LLC provides borrowing base value reviews for several major and regional banks.
The managing partners of Prator Bett, LLC, M. Drayton Prator, III, and Thomas G. Bett, together have over 80 years of consulting experience. Mr. Prator and Mr. Bett established the company as a high quality petroleum consulting firm. Prator Bett, LLC provides its service mostly to small to mid-size oil and gas companies, both public and private, by evaluating oil and gas properties in almost every producing basin in the United States and in several basins worldwide.
The goal of Prator Bett, LLC is to grow modestly in the future and to provide high quality service using experienced engineers at a reasonable cost.

THOMAS G. BETT
Thomas G. Bett is a co-owner and the president of Prator Bett, LLC and has extensive experience as a consultant in the oil and gas industry. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor-of- science degree, Mr. Bett commenced his career in January 1983 as a contract engineer working on the largest oil field in Alabama, Citronelle Field. The primary goal of the Project was to determine future secondary and tertiary reserves in the field.
Huddleston & Co, Inc. employed Mr. Bett in May of 1983. While at Huddleston & Co., Inc., Mr. Bett went from an entry-level engineer to Vice President of the company and was considered to be a senior engineer in the firm. In addition to the normal consulting work (described below) Mr. Bett managed the internal reserve report for an affiliated company that was valued at over $100 million and represented over 1500 wells. He also helped to train the young entry-level engineers hired by the firm.
Mr. Bett's experience is quite varied and involves very complex field studies, secondary and tertiary projects, special projects, older established basins and new developing fields. He works with small companies to large companies, interfaces with the banks, working interest owners, royalty owners, operators and non-operators. Mr. Bett has provided direct testimony in the Department of Energy Offices of Hearings and Appeals, the State of Texas Court, and Federal Court and has provided litigation support for many cases.

M. DRAYTON PRATOR,III
M. Drayton Prator, III is a co-founder and vice-president of the firm. Mr. Prator started his career as a consultant in May 1981 after working one year for Chevron USA as a production engineer. Mr. Prator holds a bachelor-of-science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He spent the entire time from May 1981 to January 1999 working for Huddleston & Co., Inc. and achieving the position of Senior Vice President.
Mr. Prator performed reservoir-engineering duties that included preparing reserve and economic evaluations of oil and gas properties, for both domestic and international properties. He has worked on projects in Colombia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and the former Soviet Union. Reports prepared for domestic properties have been used for public reporting for Securities and Exchange Commission requirement purposes financing, acquisitions, divestments, exploration and development programs, secondary and tertiary floods, estates, budgeting, and investment decision analyses.
Mr. Prator has also prepared data used in expert witness testimony for state and federal courts. He has led several seminars presented to groups of international oil company personnel and has lectured in petroleum economics classes Texas A&M University.
